Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Business Development Executive to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about luxury events and possess a proven track record in sales, business development, and client relationship management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent an established brand, cultivate new business opportunities, and contribute to the continued success and growth of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients within the luxury market segment.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients through effective communication and personalized service.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to tailor event proposals and presentations that showcase our capabilities and align with client needs and preferences.
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to promote our services and build a strong professional network.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and client feedback to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the luxury events or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of luxury market dynamics, customer behaviors, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
