Business Development Sales

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including healthcare organizations, hospitals, and clinics.
- Collaborate with marketing to create effective sales materials and campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance our offerings based on client needs and market trends.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the healthcare or recruitment industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the healthcare recruitment market is a plus.
