Role Overview

As a Business Development Representative at BoomerangFX, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by proactively engaging with potential clients and showcasing the value of our event management solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Warm/Cold Calling: Initiate and conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our upcoming events and persuasively selling event tickets. Utilize effective sales techniques to generate interest and close deals.
  • Booking Demos: Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations with interested leads for our software solutions. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads for further engagement.

Compensation

Base salary plus commission structure (uncapped)


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare or software consulting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with training and delivering presentations is a plus.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and regulations is desirable.
