The Office Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-today operations of our office. This role involves a variety of tasks ranging from coordinating the recruiting process to managing our social media presence and improving employee engagement. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented,
1. Office Management:
- Handle office management tasks such as ordering food and snacks, managing the cleaning service, and taking meeting notes.
- Ensure the office is a welcoming and well-organized environment for employees and visitors.
- Coordinate office events and activities to promote team bonding and morale.
2. Recruiting Coordination:
- Coordinate the recruiting process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Schedule interviews, update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), create job descriptions, and liaise with external recruiters.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers.
3. Social Media and Website Management:
- Manage and update website content, ensuring it is current and engaging.
- Maintain the company’s LinkedIn page, including posting updates and open positions.
- Enhance our online presence to attract top talent and promote our brand.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work 3-5 days onsite in Waltham, MA
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience in office management, operations, or a similar role.
- Experience with social media management and content creation.
