About the Role

We’re seeking a driven, experienced Account Executive with proven success in owning the full sales life-cycle. You will be responsible for the full sales life-cycle including: prospecting, discovery, negotiations, closing and onboarding. You will source potential opportunities as well as create and manage your own sales pipeline. 


What You'll Do

  • Full-Cycle Sales ownership: Own the entire sales process—from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, contract execution, and onboarding.
  • Prospecting: Conduct outbound outreach, including cold calling, emailing, networking, and market research, to build a strong pipeline of leads.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with office managers, decision-makers, and executive-level stakeholders, understanding their needs to offer tailored solutions.
  • Develop Market Expertise: Become an expert on workplace food programs. Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to prospects and clients.
  • CRM Management: Track and measure your activities and pipeline efficiency, ensuring accurate and timely updates in our CRM.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with operations and customer success teams to deliver exceptional service and create standout workplace food experiences.


Who You Are

  • Proven success in sales, with 5+ years of experience navigating mid-market and enterprise decision-makers, meeting or exceeding sales quota.
  • Strong track record of building long-term, trusting relationships with senior executives.
  • Solution-oriented, with excellent listening and problem-solving skills to identify and address customer pain points.
  • Data-driven, with the ability to track key metrics like pipeline efficiency, close rates, and revenue performance.
  • Process-oriented and organized, with expertise in managing the full sales cycle and using CRM tools effectively.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a sense of ownership, adaptability, and a passion for driving company success.
  • Enthusiastic about great food and the role it plays in enhancing workplace culture.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Startup experience.
  • Background in SaaS or workplace food programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree (4-year college).
