**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team at Skylight, a technology startup based in Los Angeles and San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have experience managing major accounts, specifically Costco and Sam's Club.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint in the key club channels, focusing on Costco and Sam's Club. This role involves developing and retaining all Club Accounts & Walmart, overseeing channel activities, building relationships with buyers, and achieving performance scorecards.

This position requires strong strategic planning and execution skills, with an ability to translate plans into revenue-generating actions. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are also essential for effectively liaising with internal teams and external partners.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets
  • Manage multiple projects involving cross-functional teams
  • Leverage data analytics to inform business decisions

**Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of major account sales management experience
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Club channel management experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Compensation Package:** Our competitive compensation package includes a salary range of $120k-$140K, equity package, 401K matching, wellness, learning, and home-office budgets, health, dental & vision medical plans, unlimited PTO, and company holidays on the first Friday of every month (except November & December).
