Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator


Job Description:

We are currently looking for an energetic HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities include assisting with the day-to-day coordination of Human Resources processes, administration, and programs. The ideal candidate will be focused on HR-related tasks like I9 verification, employee onboarding, participation in recruitment efforts, and further administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in human resources, or an HR certificate.


Key Duties:

  • Assisting with I9 verification and maintaining up-to-date compliance with the process.
  • Coordinating onboarding for new hires including but not limited to preparing onboarding materials, initiating the onboarding process, and ensuring completion.
  • Assisting in recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, applicant communication, and preliminary screenings.
  • Perform clerical duties such as preparing correspondence, coordinating meetings, and ordering supplies when necessary.
  • Support and coordinate HR projects (meetings, training sessions, surveys)
  • Maintain HR records by keeping track of new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications by updating HR databases.


Qualifications:

  • HR certification or degree in Human Resources or related field required.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Highly professional demeanor and proactive approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
