- Education: Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Bachelors degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR, is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software or databases.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
