MOSTLY REMOTE - however will asked to be at the principal's home a few days at the top of the month to address various needs as well as travel as needed for various business needs
** ONLY considering people who come from ENTERTAINMENT OR TECH -- due to extremely high paced role. The client is fair about time off however this is a role that does require someone who enjoys watching their email/text to be abreast of all needs. Will also be available "in action" when client is traveling internationally ( will be able to be on their hours)
This individual will work with the principal across their full range of activities. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic, organized and thoughtful individual who thrives in an environment where they can work on a cross-section of issues and new opportunities.
The ideal candidate operates well under pressure and maintains excellent attention to detail, problem-solving and communication skills.
Role Description
Support the development and implementation of strategy for new and existing projects in the creative, business and impact spaces
Provide administrative structure for multiple simultaneous endeavors, keep track of all moving parts
Support principal to effectively and efficiently maximize time across projects
Draft and review written communications, memos, talking points, opinion pieces, etc.
Help to maintain current and develop future relationships in multiple projects; act as
liaison and point of contact
Areas of current interest and activity include impact investment, production and CPG, and brand development and strategic marketing. All with a sensibility to public optics and personal reflection. This individual is the proxy for the principal - eager to find someone who is as warm as they are efficient.

Must be well organized and maintain excellent attention to detail

Strong preference for someone who has experience working in a business, investment, or

Highly developed communication skills and willingness to manage a large volume of
correspondence
Discretion and high level of emotional intelligence a must
Must be proficient on both Microsoft and Google platforms
