Temp to Hire
9am-5pm Monday-Friday
$20-$21/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Critical Thinking and Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all tasks and communications.
- Phone Management: Answer and direct phone calls as needed.
- Order Fulfillment: Process and manage orders, including checking inventory and organizing shipments.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks including managing Excel spreadsheets, drafting written communications, and supporting other team members.
- Daily Operations: Check emails and dashboard for tasks, call vendors and factories, gather order details, support sales reps, manage packages, and distribute mail.
- Reporting: Provide inventory reports and assist with tracking and reporting for sales reps and clients.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize MS Office and industry-specific software effectively
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic Excel skills (sorting, basic formulas).
- Ability to be resourceful and adapt to industry-specific software as needed.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Lift up to 25lbs
- Small dogs are in office
- Must pass background check
