Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the department, ensuring the needs of both internal and external clients are met with the utmost quality, accountability, and teamwork.
  • Precisely format, proofread, finalize, and distribute company documents, adhering to established guidelines and quality control standards.
  • Verify the completeness and accuracy of your work and review the work of others to ensure zero defects, minimizing errors and redundancies.
  • Effectively monitor, prioritize, and manage workflow in a timely manner, including updating metrics and relevant departmental production information.
  • Comprehend and comply with organizational and legal policies regarding quality, risk management, confidentiality, and data privacy.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including office management, partner support, and other practice support areas as required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or customer service roles.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and responsibility for completing tasks within a team setting.
  • Adept at identifying and analyzing problems, developing alternatives, and implementing solutions.
  • Basic proficiency in Google Suite and Adobe products.
