The HRIS Specialist plays a pivotal role in optimizing human resource systems and processes while leading implementations and partnering with key stakeholders. This role HR systems will drive new processes and enhancements to support talent acquisition, talent management, and learning within a global Human Capital Management (HCM) system. Continuously leveraging their business expertise and passion for technology, the HRIS Specialist ensures the successful completion of end-to-end projects based on the strategic need of the business. The HRIS Specialist is a self-starter who can collaborate and own all requirements to deliver an effective end product.


Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage HR technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring that we are consistently getting the most out of every partnership

• Leverage extensive knowledge of Oracle HCM to enhance and optimize talent modules, including recruiting, performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, and learning and development

• Understand where the talent modules fit within the broader Oracle HCM framework and recommend solutions which take the entire system into account

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation within the HR function, driving efficiency and effectiveness

• Develop and maintain robust reporting solutions using OTBI, Excel, and SQL-based tools to provide actionable insights for HR and business leaders

• Create custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making

• Plan, roadmap, configure and maintain new HR technology functionality in line with strategic business decisions

• Collaborate with others in the technology community to foster idea exchange and knowledge sharing

• Be an integral part of an inclusive, engaged, and high performing HR technology team


Essential knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Strong communication skills, can clearly present technical information and solutions to all levels of the organization

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience using Oracle HCM or similar HRIS such as Workday, PeopleSoft and/or ADP

• A minimum of 3 years implementing and managing end-to-end HRIS or similar projects

• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of Hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position


Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with HRIS systems in a global environment

• Intermediate or advanced working knowledge and experience with MS Office applications, especially MS Excel

• Experience with talent management, talent acquisition and learning & development HR technology processes

• Familiarity with Oracle HCM Talent Management modules
