Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Temporary HR Administrator to join our HR team. This role is crucial in supporting our HR operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes during a period of increased activity. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in HR, with a strong preference for those familiar with Paylocity, Lever, and Employee Navigator.


Key Responsibilities:


HR Administration:

o Manage and maintain employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

o Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of new hire documentation and exit interviews.

o Coordinate employee benefits administration and ensure accurate record-keeping.

o Process payroll and ensure timely submission of payroll-related information.


Recruitment Support:

o Assist with job postings, candidate screenings, and scheduling interviews using Lever.

o Coordinate background checks and reference checks for potential hires.

o Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.


Employee Relations:

o Provide administrative support for employee relations activities, including scheduling meetings and preparing documentation.

o Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

o Support the implementation of HR initiatives and programs.


HRIS and Data Management:

o Maintain and update HRIS systems (Paylocity, Employee Navigator) with accurate employee information.

o Generate reports as needed.

o Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all HR systems.


General Administrative Support:

o Assist with organizing HR events and training sessions.

o Prepare and distribute HR communications and documents. o Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

o Minimum of two years’ of experience in HR Administration

o Familiarity with Paylocity, Lever, and Employee Navigator is a strong plus.

o Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

o Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling HR data and documentation.

o Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.

o Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
