Job Title: External Relations Coordinator at Williams College

Williams College is currently looking for an External Relations Coordinator to join their team at the '68 Center for Career Exploration. This role involves providing support to a vibrant community of employers and alumni. If you're service-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy, this might be the perfect fit for you

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to employer inquiries promptly through phone, email, and in person.
  • Coordinating logistics for various employer events such as interviews, information sessions, and meetups.
  • Supporting users of career services management platforms like Handshake.
  • Assisting in job/internship approvals and mentoring students in job processing best practices.
  • Researching and attracting new employer prospects.
  • Collaborating on event promotion to ensure student participation.
  • Managing data input and tracking in CRM systems like Less Annoying CRM and Evertrue.
  • Compiling and presenting reports on employer relations engagement data.
  • Participating in various career center activities and special projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of office experience or a Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication abilities and detail-oriented time management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google apps, databases, and basic system instructions.
  • Experience with Excel and report creation preferred.
