**$500 signing-bonus after 4 months of service **

Follow your passion all the way to paradise at TradeWinds Island Resort, a Tampa Bay Times Top Workplace for seven years in a row TradeWinds features two destination resorts just 200 flip flops from one another along the gorgeous Gulf Coast on St. Pete Beach.

Activities Supervisors here at the TradeWinds Island Resorts are the most outgoing, dependable and generally fun people to be around. Activities Supervisors are responsible for the safety and service of each of the following programs (just to name a few): KONK (Kids Only No Kidding) Club, Zip-Line, Pirate Shows, Mini Golf, TAZ (TradeWinds Action Zone) Team, and even special appearances by Beaker the pelican.

Responsibilities: Working knowledge of cashiering and guest serviceDemonstrated experience working with childrenOutgoing and service oriented personalityDependable and dedicated work ethicMust be comfortable working outdoors for eight hours or more in Florida's hot climateProven ability to be able to safely lift 60 poundsHas prior experience in a leadership position
