Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Resident Experience Coordinator to join our team at Inspired Living at Tampa. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing resident activities, events, and programs that promote a sense of community and well-being among our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resident Engagement: Assess resident interests and activity needs, and develop a calendar of events that meets their needs and preferences.
  • Activity Coordination: Coordinate and carry out resident activities, including entertainment, outings, and educational programs, within budget limitations.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Work with the Community Relations Director to plan and execute marketing events that showcase our community and services.
  • Transportation and Logistics: Provide and staff transportation for resident activities and outings, and coordinate with the assisted living community as needed.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all activities and events are conducted in a safe and compliant manner, and that all staff members are trained on safety protocols.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, and communicate effectively with residents, staff, and management.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Social Service, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years' experience in assisted living or a related field, with proven management experience and ability to manage staff.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
