Boys & Girls Clubs of the Suncoast is looking for a dedicated individual to fill the role of Youth Program Coordinator. This position is essential in fostering a supportive environment for school-aged children.
Key Responsibilities- Activity Planning: Design and execute engaging programs that promote Academic Success, Character & Leadership, and Health & Wellness.
- Supervision: Oversee daily activities and ensure a safe and nurturing atmosphere for participants.
- Relationship Building: Establish positive connections with youth, serving as a mentor and role model.
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Creativity and flexibility in program delivery.
- The ability to connect with children across various age groups.
