Key Responsibilities:
- Promote a culture of safety and create awareness by demonstrating commitment to an injury-free environment through personal actions and mentoring.
- Coordinate technology-related design and construction efforts to meet constructability, quality, financial, and technical standards.
- Participate in the pre-construction process by reviewing and validating outgoing RFPs to subcontractors and suppliers.
- Collaborate with the AMSYS Pre-Con Development Team to validate subcontracting and supply scope, including contract negotiations and relationship management.
- Manage change order reviews and bid pricing in conjunction with the project engineer and subcontractor team.
- Oversee subcontractor and supplier management, including communication, scheduling, and reporting.
- Coordinate with BTD for all scopes of work and scheduling, including site visits with jobsite teams and meetings.
- Provide technical expertise related to design assistance, installation, and network integration of complete systems.
- Maintain correspondence with subcontractors, suppliers, and BTD for coordination and problem resolution.
- Develop technology-specific scopes of work and responsibility matrices tailored to individual projects.
- Review quantity takeoffs and obtain vendor pricing to compile accurate budgets or hard bid proposals, ensuring compliance with contract scope requirements.
- Manage overall project budgets, costs, and projections with input from project managers.
- Assist in the development and enforcement of safety standards in accordance with current OSHA regulations.
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members in alignment with AMSYS' FIT policy.
- Support project delivery to achieve financial, quality, and performance objectives.

Professional Development:
- Engage in company-wide communication programs and strategy sessions to enhance marketing and delivery of technology-related services.
- Develop project master schedules in collaboration with the onsite general contractor, ensuring effective management of tasks, resources, and timelines.
- Track and report progress on project milestones with team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure proper management and archiving of all project documents upon completion.
- Manage the technology consulting process between AMSYS and client/owner consultants and contractors.
- Identify and develop new technologies that support AMSYS's Smart Building initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to explore new technologies and ideas applicable to current customers.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to manage budgets, maximize profitability, and foster future work through relationship building.

- Experience in developing project proposals, fees, and work plans.
