Competitive Pay Rate: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

Overview of the Position: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing and verifying numerical data to maintain accurate accounting records.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Organize and review accounts payable documents for accuracy and approvals
  • Audit invoices, research discrepancies, and ensure proper authorization for payments
  • Resolve payment issues with vendors and purchasing agents
  • Compute and record various financial transactions
  • Handle weekly check runs and invoice preparation
  • Verify and maintain approvals for purchase orders
  • Collaborate with buyers and vendors to address receiving discrepancies
  • Track and record accounts payable invoices for third-party deliveries
  • Prepare in-transit invoices and purchase orders
  • Assist with other assigned duties as needed

Desired Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent with relevant accounting administration experience
Pay Range: $24-$28 per hour.
