Responsibilities

In this position...
  • Own the Ford Pro customer voice and sales insights as it relates to brand marketing activities for truck and cross-vehicle, collaborating closely with brand managers for each VL (mix/rates, pricing, complexity & cost reduction opportunities, address competitive inroads/market dynamics)
  • Support various cross EV growth related initiatives, including NACS adapter rollout and support, training, sales contests, development of marketing materials, C&I programs
  • Support quality data consolidation, tracking, and driving to resolution un the CORE & Cross Vehicle Marketing Manager
What you'll do...
  • Coordinate product customer advisory board meetings, agenda, presentation development
  • Coordinate with production and allocation team on weekly sales report to Ford Pro leadership
  • Support development and validate all vehicle communications (e.g. order guide, brochure, website, CRM)
  • Help coordinate weekly Vehicle Decision Forum with Ford Pro GM
Qualifications

You'll have...
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of experience working with customer and sales data analytics
  • 4+ years of experience working with brand or product marketing
  • 2+ years of project or program management experience
Even better, you may have...
  • Product and fleet customer experience / knowledge
  • Consumer Marketing experience and/or prior roles advocating for the customer, working with Vehicle Programs and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously; experience and knowledge of vehicle upfits helpful
  • Self-motivated and self-driven, ability to "own" the business
  • Ability to multi-task multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication skills and effective use of PowerPoint/Excel/SharePoint to storytell/'sell' a marketing program
  • Strong organizational skills are a must
  • Proven leadership and initiative taker
  • Proven ability to interface effectively with senior management and external partners and customers
  • Persistent attention to detail
