Role Summary:
The Senior Programmatic Analyst is responsible for strategic planning and the execution of campaigns for designated clients. This role encompasses both strategic insight generation and tactical implementation, requiring the analyst to independently derive actionable insights and execute campaigns with the assistance of Programmatic Analysts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Train and mentor Programmatic Analysts on client-specific needs, providing expertise in optimization techniques and best practices for client interactions.
- Engage with channel partners to evaluate inventory and advance strategic partnerships.
- Identify and propose opportunities for testing new partners, collaborating with programmatic planning teams.
- Develop tailored solutions, including but not limited to: white lists, custom marketplaces, PMPs, and cross-channel strategies.
- Collaborate with platforms, SSPs, and programmatic buyers to ensure precise implementation of campaigns.
- Troubleshoot supply challenges for both pre-production and live campaigns.
- Conduct performance analysis and optimization strategies in partnership with programmatic buyers.
- Create and disseminate best practices for inventory solutions and new channels to the broader programmatic team.
- Maintain documentation, training materials, and onboarding resources for new hires.

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience with RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, and related platforms.
- Comprehensive understanding of programmatic planning, buying, and ad technology vendors.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- A strong commitment to team collaboration and contribution.
