Job Summary:


The VP of Quality and Risk Management collaborates with the management team to enhance safe, compassionate, and quality care, ensuring compliance with regulations and minimizing organizational risks. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of quality and safety in our senior living facilities.


Essential Functions:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management and quality assurance program
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to ensure effective event management and promote learning
  • Report, investigate, and analyze patient safety incidents and medical errors
  • Participate in learning collaboratives and implement best practices for resident safety
  • Monitor compliance with care plans and initiate necessary actions for improvement
  • Provide direction for service plan reviews and react to suspected resident abuse
  • Track progress, identify trends, and present patient safety reports to leadership

Certifications, Licenses, Education and Experience, and other Requirements:


  • Current RN license
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a clinical setting
  • Background in Risk Management and Healthcare education
  • Experience in managing growth, risk management principles, and quality assurance
  • Knowledge of clinical best practices and strategic planning
