About the Position: ROSE is seeking a motivated Project Controls Analyst who exhibits proactive leadership qualities and possesses excellent communication, management, negotiation, and technical skills. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in government contracting, excel in meeting deadlines, enjoy problem-solving, and have a desire for continuous growth within the company.
Your responsibilities will include:- Project management of government contract accounting solutions
- Handling client interactions and expectations effectively
- Financial analysis and reporting
- Assisting with system implementations and special projects
- 1-2 years of experience in project controls, financial analysis, and billing
- Solid knowledge of government contract accounting
- Experience in public accounting or professional services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and data management
- Familiarity with government contract types and indirect rate structures
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
