Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead recruitment, training, and development activities for high-performing management teams across regional clubs
  • Efficiently oversee and guide club management to optimize financial outcomes
  • Address operational and financial gaps within clubs, developing and implementing improvement strategies
  • Oversee all operational facets of the West Chicago area
  • Set an example for staff and management by driving sales performance and offering guidance on handling various scenarios
Prerequisites and Abilities:
  • Minimum age requirement of 18
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Demonstrated progression in roles with increasing responsibilities and proven track record of achieving results
  • Prior experience in multi-unit management
  • Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution proficiencies
  • Solid organizational, problem-solving, and planning skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities
  • Clear background check
  • Willingness to travel for an initial 8-week training period
