Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to contribute to our sales efforts. This role is vital for driving revenue growth through outstanding customer engagement and strategic sales initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with our regional sales team to promote and rent our specialized HVAC products, including temporary air conditioning units, chillers, cooling towers, and electrical distribution systems. The position reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in establishing and nurturing new rental accounts.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of our comprehensive service offerings and effectively communicate them to clients.
  • Collaborate with technical sales personnel to ensure accurate equipment specifications, provide professional quotations, and assist with credit approvals and issue resolution.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients by informing them about additional products and services.
  • Support the implementation of new services for customers, ensuring their requirements are met efficiently.
  • Facilitate order processing and invoicing for National Accounts.
  • Coordinate with operations staff to follow up on customer invoices and payment statuses.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned by the Regional Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Understanding of key account management principles.
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems and related equipment is highly advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screenings.
  • Willingness to work additional hours during peak periods as required.
  • A genuine desire to learn and grow within the role.
