PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assemble and drive cross-office, cross-functional teams for the largest, strategically significant pitch pursuits
  • Partner with practice leads, capability leads, and pitch teams to develop breakthrough, tailored new business responses that showcase the agency's capabilities and ideas in strategic, creative, and unique ways
  • Collaborate with growth leads from other brands and agencies on integrated RFP responses
  • Partner with priority practice, sector, and offering leaders to pursue proactive target priorities, identify white space, merchandise, and sell new capabilities to meet/exceed revenue targets
  • Analyze growth data and outcomes to develop compelling reports merchandising growth impact and insights regionally and globally, as well as identify trends to improve performance
  • Assist the innovation team in strategically packaging and commercializing new client offerings, products, and solutions
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, client needs, and emerging opportunities to shape new business strategies
  • Partner with North America growth leaders on select client engagements to drive sustained organic growth for the largest global accounts
