Job Title: Vice President, Sales

Orion Talent is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth and expansion in North America. As Vice President, Sales, you will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies, manage a team of sales professionals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion in North America
  • Manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with major clients, partners, and distributors
  • Forecast, report, and deliver sales activities in alignment with company goals
  • Manage P&L and budget responsibilities, analyzing and achieving financial goals
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue as an executive leader in a large, technically complex, matrixed company
  • At least 5 years of sales management experience, including local, regional, and remote sales teams
  • Experience with the company's industry, channels, partners, and distributors preferred
  • Executive presence, with the ability to drive vision and purpose, create and execute on defined company strategy, and get team buy-in
