We are seeking a results-driven Regional Vice President of Sales to lead our sales efforts in the Northeast region. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales leader with a proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability, building and managing high-performing sales teams, and developing strategic sales plans. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the printing & packaging industry. The ideal candidate will be located near one of our facilities in the NE, including Boston, MA & Buffalo, NY.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for the region.
  • Provide visionary leadership to a team of sales consultants to motivate and drive a high performance sales culture. Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and development for the team.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and ensure our company remains competitive within the industry.
  • Partner with senior leadership to set sales targets and quotas for the region.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Act as a point of escalation for major client concerns.
  • Implement and track robust sales performance metrics to ensure the region and team performance remains on-track.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies, alignment of goals, and effective resource utilization.
  • Develop and manage the regional sales budget. Monitor expenses, track ROI on sales initiatives, and optimize resource allocation for maximum impact.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or industry related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferrable in the printing industry, with a strong track record of leading a sales team to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with business objectives.
  • Results-driven with a proven ability to drive revenue growth to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to drive informed decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and results to various stakeholders.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Travel: ~ 50%
