Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance the STTC brand by maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers.
  • Drive sales growth and profitability through strategic account management.
  • Implement efficient systems to meet customer needs while simplifying internal processes.
  • Communicate and execute STTC initiatives effectively.

Objectives:
  • Strengthen STTC's position within current accounts.
  • Expand market penetration in designated regions.
  • Identify and solicit new accounts.

Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to engage with high-level accounts.
  • Skilled in creating and delivering presentations.
  • Proficient in utilizing email and computer systems.
  • In-depth understanding of the tire and transportation industries.
  • Demonstrated integrity, loyalty, and commitment to both the company and the industry.
  • Ability to analyze account performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and expectations.
  • Strong communication skills with both customers and colleagues.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Manage account growth, retention, and profitability.
  • Solicit new business within a defined geographic area.
  • Oversee the execution of tire programs and expectations for accounts.
  • Develop and update annual business plans.
  • Conduct fleet inspections and monitor tire performance.
