Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Development Manager to join our team at Arrow Electronics, Inc. in Denver, Colorado. As a key member of our global supplier management team, you will be responsible for leading the regional execution and engagement of our global supplier strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at assigned suppliers to drive sales growth and market share.
  • Develop and execute regional business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Monitor and forecast supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the global supplier management team to execute regional annual goals and advance the business.
  • Establish performance review cadences with suppliers and Arrow organization to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market initiatives centered on key technologies and segments, aligning regional investment to support.
  • Resolve supplier and Arrow organization escalations in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or an engineering-related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of progressively increasing business leadership experience.
  • Experience within the IP&E product portfolio.
  • Prior supplier marketing success is required, global experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through optimizing sales and strategic marketing plans.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining relationships with partners.
  • Proven presentation and negotiating capabilities.
  • Strong existing relationships within the industry.
  • Data-driven with experience leveraging business analytics to drive actionable results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present to, interact with, and influence C-level executives.
  • Ability to travel 30% to 50%.
