Position Shift: Monday - Friday / 2:30pm - 11:00pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Customizes training materials and guides trainees.
- Evaluates, coaches, and trains on operational and procedural aspects.
- Collaborates with Team Leads, Supervisors, Management, and HR to identify individual training needs.
- Creates teaching aids tailored to the workforce requirements.
- Oversees testing and evaluation processes for training completion.
- Conducts training sessions, including new employee orientation.
- Delivers OJT, refresher, and retraining sessions as required.
- Monitors and reports on employee progress during training.
- Communicates effectively with the management team via various channels.
- Performs assigned additional tasks.
Required Experience and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a trainer or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
Key Competencies:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in record keeping.
- Strong listening abilities.
- Precision in measurements.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
- Commitment to working safely and responsibly.
