Join one of the top Safety Teams in El Paso as we look to add another Safety Specialist to our company.
Summary: The Safety Specialist is responsible for providing written safety recommendations to client company owners to ensure a safe working environment for employees. This individual would establish relationships with clients across multiple industries, inspect job sites, identify any unsafe work practices/conditions, document findings, research OSHA regulations and recommendations, and work with owners to rectify issues. Performs safety training sessions and meetings, and may assist with new client enrollments, onboarding, drug screens, and other duties as needed. Training is available, company car is also provided. Candidates should be self-motivated and self-directed. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
Rate of Pay: Negotiable - Depending on Experience

Location: Corporate Headquarters - 511 Executive Center and In the Field (Job Sites around El Paso. Minimal Travel may be requested)
Schedule: M-F – 40+ Hours with 1 hr. lunch break (Hours are Flexible within Client Needs)
Qualification/Requirement:
· Knowledge of Safety and Client Services
· Familiarity with OSHA Standards
· OSHA 10/30 hour training
· Computer Proficient
· Bilingual English/Spanish
Education/Training/Experience:
· The successful candidate should have a high school diploma or a GED
· 60 months related experience and/or training
· OSHA 500 & 501 Trainer - preferred
· Experience in Conducting Safety Training - preferred
· 2 Years Construction Industry Safety Experience - preferred
