In addition to manufacturing, ST Engineering MRAS provides technical support, spares, and other services for its products.
Role Summary/Purpose: The Product Support Engineer (PSE) plays a crucial role in offering technical support for the nacelle components of ST Engineering Middle River Aerostructure Systems (MRAS) to ensure customer success and flight safety.
The PSE will have the opportunity to develop various skills, engage in technical communication, and contribute to the enhancement of current and future products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely technical support for hardware repair, maintenance, and operation
- Analyze data to respond to technical inquiries
- Monitor product reliability and address in-service issues
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers
- Assist in Root Cause and Corrective Action investigations
- Contribute to the improvement of technical publications and instructions
- Participate in organizational initiatives and customer reviews
- Present technical data to stakeholders
- Ensure proper documentation of technical projects
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering
Three or more years of experience in engineering or technical customer support
Knowledge of nacelle hardware, aviation industry, and engineering tools is preferred
