Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, evaluate, and organize data pertinent to drafting and design tasks

  • Oversee and confirm the accuracy of designs, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain quality assurance

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • A minimum of 11 years of relevant experience in drafting and design support
  • Capability to secure an active Secret level US Security clearance
  • In-depth understanding of drafting principles and practices
  • Analytical thinker with sound decision-making abilities
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize multiple tasks, and adhere to company policies
  • Proficient in technical writing, office applications, and mathematical principles
  • Willingness to travel as required by project demands

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Possession of an active Secret level US Security clearance
  • Professional licensure or certification
