Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop managers, associates, and loan pipelines in the Closing department
  • Supervise all aspects of loan closings to meet organizational and borrower goals
  • Collaborate with different divisions to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Anticipate loan-funding volume requirements and maintain proper timelines
  • Utilize reports and audit systems to manage correctness and accuracy of loan documents
  • Ensure procedures are in place to meet shipping guidelines for post-closing
  • Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere in the funding department

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in an Operations Closing Leadership role
  • 3 to 5 years funding and processing experience
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of mortgage software
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with lenders and investors closing requirements
