da inserire nella nostra funzione di controllo Internal Audit.
Ricoprendo questa posizione, avrai l'opportunità di far parte del team di Audit specialistico nell'area Npl e reti distributive. Parteciperai alle attività di Auditing e avrai l'opportunità di valutare l'efficacia e l'efficienza dei processi aziendali nonché il grado di conformità dell'azione delle reti distributive esterne siano essi agenti o società di recupero.
Sarai coinvolto in progetti afferenti al settore Banking e sotto la supervisione del Responsabile della specifica Unità Organizzativa avrai modo di occuparti delle seguenti attività:

analisi preliminare dei rischi e dei controlli sui processi aziendali connessi all'operatività nei settori dei crediti distressed (NPL) e reti distributive;
attività di verifica relative ai processi aziendali del comparto Npl (acquisti e cessione del portafoglio, gestione e recupero delle posizioni) e delle reti esterne/società di recupero del Gruppo Banca Ifis, secondo quanto richiesto dai Regolatori esterni, in conformità con la metodologia del Gruppo e coerentemente agli standard internazionali di settore;
predisposizione dei report di audit, con l'identificazione dei possibili elementi di rischio e individuazione/monitoraggio delle necessarie azioni correttive.
Sei il nostro candidato ideale se sei in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

laurea magistrale in Economia o equivalente;
esperienza lavorativa di almeno 3 anni in ambito Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, maturata preferibilmente in primarie società di consulenza e/o presso aziende di grandi dimensioni (preferibilmente nell'area Banking);
conoscenza delle normative del settore finanziario (e.g. Circolari Banca d'Italia, EBA, OAM);
ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
costituirà carattere preferenziale il possesso di certificazioni professionali nell'ambito dell'Internal audit (CIA).
