This digital publishing startup with the resources of a media giant is searching for a Vice President of Audience Development to turbocharge their growth.

They've put together a stellar leadership team and accomplished a significant capital raise that will allow them to drive innovation in their existing properties and to fuel new acquisitions, so the opportunities here are massive.

The company wants a strong editorial leader with experience translating data into action to oversee brand growth for the digital re-imaginings of their national publications — including an iconic and highly-successful magazine title.

You'll be charged with solving problems, creating structure, and teaching the team about best practices for digital growth, including evangelizing for SEO, paid search, paid social, and the entire gamut of digital growth tools and metrics.

You're a veteran digital content leader with experience working in editorial, marketing, and social media at a varied portfolio of media brands ranging from startup to well-established.
