Position's Pay Range:

The Customer Administration Specialist operates in a highly collaborative environment and is responsible for the configuration and maintenance of Customer Agreements/Contract Data and related Customer Data within KAG Systems.

This position interfaces with KAG Customers, Sales, Billing, Cash/Collections and Operations to ensure the Company and the Customer adhere to the bill/pay provisions of their agreement.

In this role, the Customer Administration Specialist is tasked with evaluating, implementing, documenting, communicating, and auditing all Customer related data changes.

Essential Functions

  • Key role in the implementation and audit of new and existing Customer Data into KAGs Transportation Management System (TMW)
  • Evaluate Customer Agreements and configure Invoicing and Settlement Tariffs/Rates in TMW to support that agreement
  • Decipher and communicate new or changes to existing agreements to the Revenue Accounting/Billing team
  • Serve as a Knowledge Base on existing Customers and Agreements for Sales, Pricing and Revenue Accounting
  • Calculate, document, and implement required Tariff/Rate increases as outlined in Customer Agreements or based on guidance provided by Sales and/or Pricing
  • Generate Contract/Tariff expiration reports and execute changes as directed
  • Proactively identify Customer rate discrepancies and work cross-functionally to resolve
  • Aid in the development of data quality guidelines and subsequent governance for Customer related data
  • Perform routine audit of TMW Customer Data and administer changes as needed to keep in accordance with published KAG data standards
  • Perform comprehensive audit of Customer Invoicing to ensure compliance with Contract Bill/Pay provisions and create audit trail documentation
  • Assist with annual financial audit by providing evidence of customer agreement with rates as requested
  • Implement and maintain Contract Data and corresponding documents in KAG Contract Management Software (ASC)
  • Calculate, maintain, update and report KAG Fuel Surcharge pricing to both internal and external customers
Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent business experience required
  • 2 years of pricing, contract, or related customer experience
  • Strong Communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and intermediate knowledge of other Microsoft Programs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Intermediate mathematical skills
