Salary:
$40,000 - $50,000 based on experience
Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Entry Level Office Coordinator to provide essential administrative support across various departments. This dynamic role requires strong multitasking skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and effective prioritization of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in lead generation through email, text, and calls.
- Compile bid packets, ensuring proper formatting and organization.
- Manage order approvals for supplies.
- Utilize Cleantelligent for contact management and updates.
- Develop inspection templates.
- Prepare quarterly review packets for clients.
- Maintain and update the Management Scorecard.
- Coordinate startup processes, ensuring all team members are aligned.
- Assemble Safety Data Sheets (SDS) books.
- Create job cards and position profiles.
- Manage Salesforce for customer and acquisition updates.
- Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
