Customer Experience: Deliver outstanding service throughout the entire loan or pawn process by guiding clients and making tailored recommendations based on their financial requirements.

Account Management: Assist in managing customer accounts by processing payments, overseeing, and coordinating customer appointments.

Performance Standards: Strive to achieve Company performance benchmarks by leveraging business partnerships, securing referrals, and actively participating in community events.

Relationship Development: Build and nurture customer relationships to generate new business, enhance store profitability, and strengthen brand loyalty.

Compliance: Adhere to Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.

Adaptability: Work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently to meet both individual and team performance goals.

Work Schedule: This role requires a full-time commitment with regular in-person attendance, including some weekend hours.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in phone systems, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software is essential.

Background Check: A successful criminal background check is required (certain exemptions may apply).

Physical Requirements: The role involves the ability to remain stationary, lift and move up to 25 pounds, navigate within the store, and operate mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.

Experience: A minimum of six months in customer service or cash handling is preferred, with experience in retail, financial services, loans, banking, or the service industry being advantageous.
