Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a meticulous and organized Project Support Administrator. This role is essential in delivering administrative assistance to our diverse teams. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients through various communication channels to qualify leads.
  • Assemble bid packets, ensuring proper formatting and organization.
  • Manage order approvals and inventory for supplies.
  • Oversee the Cleantelligent system, updating contacts and managing staff information.
  • Develop inspection templates and coordinate quarterly reviews for clients.
  • Maintain and update the Management Scorecard.
  • Organize startup processes, ensuring all team members are aligned for successful project initiation.
  • Compile Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and create job cards and position profiles.
  • Utilize Salesforce for managing customer contacts and assignments.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as needed.
