Position Overview:

We are looking for a meticulous and organized Administrative Support Specialist to provide essential administrative assistance across multiple departments. Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in lead generation through various communication channels.
  • Assemble bid packets, ensuring proper formatting and organization.
  • Manage order approvals and maintain inventory supplies.
  • Oversee the Cleantelligent system, updating contacts and staff information.
  • Develop inspection templates and manage quarterly review packets.
  • Update management scorecards and facilitate project start-ups.
  • Compile Safety Data Sheets and create job cards and position profiles.
  • Maintain and update customer information in Salesforce.
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as required.
