TikTok Shops Supply Chain and Logistics team is seeking an experienced Logistics Program Manager.Responsibilities:
- [Compliance solution management] Partner with business, legal, and other stakeholder teams in the different regions to drive compliance and risk management solutions for the emerging markets.- [Risk management] Assess compliance and risk issues, identify and execute opportunities to reduce risk, review and manage program changes, and own regular reporting to key stakeholders.- [License management] Complete license research, applications for new licenses and license renewals in the various regions. Gatekeeper for all documentation related to entity licenses.- [Process management] Propose innovative approaches and strategies throughout the business life-cycle, and monitor and improve existing compliance frameworks across regions.- [Progam management] Manage full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with considerable impact across multiple organizations.- [Resource management] Partner with teams across the business to source, allocate, and coordinate resources. Partner with internal/external teams, and engineering teams to determine what projects move forward and in what priority order.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Legal, Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems Management, or relevant fields.
- 5 years of experience working in the logistics and supply chain industry, compliance or corporate legal related field.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $ $208577 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

We cover 100% premium coverage for employee medical insurance, approximately 75% premium coverage for dependents and offer a Health Savings Account(HSA) with a company match.
Our time off and leave plans are: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.
