We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our E-commerce operations team in the US, focused on developing a secure, innovative, and user-friendly e-commerce ecosystem. Our objective is to provide high-quality products and a distinctive customer experience through TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

  • Propel business growth by enhancing visibility and traffic to boost incremental GMV during key events and seasonal peaks.
  • Elevate awareness of TikTok Shop by launching campaigns featuring prominent brands, creators, and products.
  • Communicate updates and marketing strategies with cross-functional teams and partners to align on essential messaging and resolve challenges.
  • Assist in executing promotional initiatives for both consumers and merchants, collaborating on awareness campaigns, and managing internal and external brand partnerships.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years in e-commerce marketing management, with experience on both marketplace and brand sides preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in integrated marketing and promotions.
  • Familiarity with partnerships and social media management is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong background in Live Streaming is highly regarded.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong affinity for data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledgeable about TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-driven e-commerce is highly valued.
