We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Creator and Affiliate Product team as a Product Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building products that help creators promote merchandise to TikTok users.
Responsibilities- Organize and coordinate cross-functional resources to conduct market analysis of affiliate, creator, KOL, and celebrity industries.
- Understand competitors and identify growth points to formulate related operation strategies.
- Responsible for affiliate and creator data analysis, designing a reasonable indicator system based on business goals, and conducting agile and effective assessment and monitoring of business performance.
- Project manage to ensure timely launches of ongoing creator tasks and affiliate campaigns.
- Analyze and identify improvement plans for enhanced iterations of future campaigns and creator task developments.
- Collaborate with other cross-functional teams on platform-wide campaign-related efforts.
- 3+ years of experience in ecommerce business analytics or consulting background.
- A team player, fast learner, and open to changes.
- Pays attention to detail, affinity with numbers, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge and experience of live streaming is preferred.
- Familiar with TikTok and mainstream ecommerce platforms, experience in content-based ecommerce is highly preferred.
