Responsibilities
  • Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for General Manager and Sales staff on an as needed basis
  • Handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of our General Manager
  • Drafting reports, presentations, and memos when necessary
  • Coordinating events, conferences, and team activities as well as refreshments needed for the event/meeting
  • For large or company wide meetings support presenters as needed and provide comprehensive note taking during the event
  • Maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • Addressing issues proactively and efficiently.
  • Managing files, records, and office supplies.
  • Adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
Requirements & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific tools and software.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Salesforce, and INFOR
  • Highly detail oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Working Conditions:
