We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Supervisor to join our team at TJ Maxx. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the growth and development of our team members.
Key Responsibilities- Support store management in the execution of administrative functions, including scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all areas of the store are tidy and well-maintained.
- Participate in the hiring process, including scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks.
- Support the Operations Assistant Store Manager with scheduling, expense account monitoring, and supply inventory management.
- Ensure that all labor laws, policies, and procedures are adhered to, and that all team members are aware of and comply with these requirements.
- 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and respond to changing priorities.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
