Role Overview:

The Customer Success Directors play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction, growth, and loyalty through our Customer Engagement Model. They collaborate with clients nationwide in Corporate, Hospital, University, and Transit sectors, assisting them in achieving their transportation objectives. Serving as the primary point of contact, they oversee the enhancement of shuttle and transit systems, negotiate contract extensions, and lead initiatives for zero-emission vehicles implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Renew, retain, and expand active contracts
  • Cultivate strategic customer relationships to support their ongoing needs
  • Analyze service performance data to drive efficiency and growth
  • Conduct transportation surveys for valuable feedback
  • Aid customers in transitioning to electric vehicles
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and align stakeholders
  • Identify advocacy opportunities and support marketing programs
  • Participate in transportation events and networking activities
  • Additional duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of Customer Success or Sales experience
  • 3+ years in Transportation, Transit, or Urban development sectors
  • Knowledge of procurement processes
  • Goal-oriented with proven performance metrics
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organization and time management
  • Experience in managing enterprise customers
  • Analytical and financial acumen
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, Salesforce proficiency
  • Passion for sustainable transportation
  • Proficiency in MaaS and public transit options
  • Additional skills may be required
