In the role of Manager, Customer Success at Vanta, you will take charge of a dedicated team aimed at enhancing customer onboarding, engagement, adoption, and overall satisfaction for a designated group of clients. Key Responsibilities as a Manager, Customer Success:
- Foster a culture of execution, accountability, and high performance within the team
- Shape the strategy and design of post-sales operations
- Take responsibility for revenue retention, customer engagement, and growth opportunities
- Enhance customer health metrics through collaborative team efforts
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals

Essential Qualifications for Success in this Role:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles
- Prior experience in leading customer-oriented teams
- Background in a rapidly growing B2B SaaS organization
- Genuine interest in cybersecurity and innovative technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on making a meaningful impact
