Position Overview
The Enterprise Customer Success Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring our clients effectively leverage AI through the adoption of ChatGPT Enterprise. Our Customer Success team is committed to fostering strong partnerships with a diverse clientele, ranging from emerging startups to established global corporations.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Provide an outstanding customer experience that exceeds expectations.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients to comprehend their business objectives and requirements.
- Design and conduct user training and enablement sessions utilizing a "train the trainer" approach for scalability.
- Develop and execute customer success strategies that define objectives, potential hurdles, key performance indicators, and timelines.
- Document best practices, create guides, and compile FAQs based on customer interactions.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to internal teams, identifying trends to inform product development.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sale to post-sale support.
- Encourage customer advocacy and facilitate the creation of testimonials and case studies.

Qualifications
You may excel in this position if you possess:
- Over 7 years of experience in customer success or a related field, managing relationships with large, complex organizations, ideally with a technical enterprise product.
- A proven history of delivering and enhancing exceptional customer experiences.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills, particularly in interactions with senior executives.
- The ability to proactively identify challenges within the product and among our clients.
- A humble demeanor, a strong desire to assist others, and a commitment to acquiring knowledge necessary for team and customer success.
- High energy, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects effectively while prioritizing tasks.
